All the above are wonderful

But again there is a a lot culture difference in big 4 and other firm

in sense of grooming and development level we should to prioritize our goal according to ground circumstances.

As per mine if you are not in big four or some reputable firms in environment sense you should have prioritize your studies above the work but yes discipline should be there with you all the time when you interacting with external parties.

Thanks Jahanzaib. What part of the cultural difference makes you focus more on studies than work?

There are the main factor is incompetent individuals ( not even CAF pass or only CAF pass ) sitting in many CA firms at managerial level, who only know how to get into firm partner pocket . The behaviour with students are extra null and if the student are doing well in his exams they bullied them. Student professional growth there always depend on his own strength and energy. I'm not taking all in this but as a student I know there are majority of portion who are the same and student have to face all he has no choice. Than for me yes these kind of firm are valuable in one case he give me a platform to clear my compulsory articles and exposure to clients. So for my future I have to think about qualification and after qualification for seeking more professional development I shall go into an entity for a year to seek new things which I should have seek in articles if I’m in reputable firm. Because I think the mental peace and professional environment is important to clear CA in good time. Yes, I am hoping in future years the things will be change as now the students are going for complete CA rather CA inter and I know some of young CA's who are very polite and supportive with juniors.
